My Wonderful Boys!

Okay, sorry if my blog is getting annoying with so many random posts but I'm trying to do good for the grandparents since we aren't going to be home for Christmas. There are pics that I've been meaning to put on and some pics of crafts we've done and I don't really know what else... I'm going to just start adding pics so here we go...

I finally caught him smiling on camera!

I don't know how he got like this but I thought it was pretty funny!

We made these for all of Oscar's friends out here. And yes they are Christian's old socks but I did wash them before we used them!

I love having boys!

Our friend made these Lightsabers for the Christian and Oscar! Aren't they amazing!

If Oscar had it his way he would never leave the house with out these two whisks. The boy loves cooking.

One of my personal favorites!

Oscar and Felix-no not the odd couple.. my children

Just a quick update...

Felix had his two month doc appointment yesterday and his results were 13.2 lbs and 23 1/2 in. Felix is only .4 oz smaller (exact same height) from what Oscar was at this age. He is smiling, laughing, and loves watching Oscar run back and forth (over and over and over). He is eating well and sleeping amazingly. Last night he slept from 11:30 to 6:30! That's never happened but I hope there are more nights like that in the future. Felix also never had his right ear pass the hearing test before we left the hospital when he was born and so we waited a little bit and tried again.. it failed. So then he had to go to a hearing doctor and it failed there. Now we have to go to a specialist in Columbia to see what is wrong or if it's just his canal that's shaped different and doesn't allow the machine to get all the way to his ear drum. I personally think he's fine because he responds really well to everything but better safe than sorry. For the most part he is doing fabulous and we love having him here.

Oscar is being Oscar. He is getting his two year old molars in and I think they are the worst yet. He has so much pain with them.. All day he says 'mom, teeth hurt'. I give him tylenol and orajel numbing ointment but nothing seems to get rid of the pain entirely. Oscar loves having his brother here as well. He constantly runs from the kitchen to the living room and when he enters the room Felix happens to be in at the time he says 'hi Fegus' and runs back to the other room over and over again.. 'hi Fegus', 'hi Fegus'. I love how he loves Fegus! His latest craze is the movie Walle. I saw that one in the theaters when it came out and hated it. I thought 'Wow, Pixar let me down. Unbelievable'. Well Pixar I sincerely apologize. I don't know what I was thinking. Walle is amazing! Not only is it a great story and super funny (I love the tennis malfunctioned robot that keeps hitting tennis balls at all the other malfunctioned robots!) but having the first thirty minutes of no talking and calming music for me as a mother to Oscar (who if things were his way would watch it five times in one day) makes things a little more tolerable. Way to go Pixar-I will never doubt again!
